1962 Howatt Cavalier $180

Sold

I acquired this bow in 1995. It is in exactly the same condition as when I got it. I shot with and hunted with this bow up until a few years ago. At age 78 the 55# is more than I can shoot very well and I’m not a collector so it’s time for this bow to go to a new owner. This is a very stable bow and tends to send the arrow where you are looking. Stability is better than most recurves I’ve shot. The string is a B-50 and has been used quite a bit but is still in pretty good condition. Modern low stretch materials are generally not recommended on these vintage bows and I recommend staying with B-50 or B-55. This bow tends to be a quiet shooter with minimal dampeners.
